Called Florida Pool Heating for service on my 10 year old heat pump. I received service within 24 hours and when the unit was diagnosed and we determined that replacing it would be a better investment than repairing it, they had a new unit installed and running that same day! The job was done perfectly as the pool switching to spa mode works now as the old controller was bad and the new one is far superior. The electrician quickly resolved all electrical issues. Spa heats up in approximately 1 hour with the new heating system.

I was very impressed with Florida Pool Heating. The owner of the company returned my initial call within 20 minutes. Once we spoke we set up a time with a sales person to get me a quote the next day. I called him direct the next day and asked for him to come a little earlier which he obliged. I was given a written estimate right there on the spot. They were able to come out and install that weekend. There was more electrical work needed than originally quoted for, but the owner, Dennis made sure the job was done correctly and absorbed the extra cost. He honored the original estimate which I thought was very outstanding. All of the people that worked for the company knew exactly what they were doing and I loved that they took care of everything along the way. The whole process went much quicker than I anticipated as well. I am very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

Dennis went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my warrantied work on my 5 year old Aqua Cal pool heater. I don't write many reviews, but it is so rare to find a business that actually demonstrates consideration and courtesy, even when they have nothing really to gain. I highly recommend!

Exceptional after sale service! I had a problem which I thought might be after the warranty expired when Dennis said ``not to worry`` he would take care of it. I was completely amazed at the high degree of professionalism and concern for my satisfaction.. I thought this kind of care had died long ago! After Jody had come out to analyze our situation Dennis recommended the system he felt would be the best choice for our pool and spa. The job was scheduled a few days later, the installers arrived at the exact time we expected them, and actually completed the job in less time than estimated.
